Prior to this assignment, I had never used Powerpoint to make a game like Jeopardy. It was very tedious and took me about three hours to complete which was frustrating at times, but I still did enjoy it. In the future, I could make things easier by creating a slide that has the buttons on it and then duplicating it, so I do not have to go into each individual slide and add the navigation buttons. I think it will be a great resource to use in my classroom in the future to pair learning with fun. I learned how to use the navigation buttons and how to disable linear navigation. I had always wondered how my teachers made Jeopardy games for quiz review, and now I know how! I think data collection tools can be utilized in many different ways in the classroom. I plan to be a kindergarten teacher, thus I can imagine myself using surveys at the beginning of the year to get to know my students and parents.
